Kontravirtanen

Comments: Rock band from the late 1970s led by Moog Konttinen founded in the autumn of 1976 when rock band Virtanen split up after their leader Veltto Virtanen headed for a solo career. The band was first called Kontravirtanen, but soon they shortened their name to Kontra playing mostly Finnish adaptations of 1960s rock'n'roll hits.
