Thanks for your suggestion, we need more Greek covers!!
What's your source for the following information?
Lyrics written by : Dionysis Savvopoulos
It's extremely difficult to find a credible source in english, but I'll continue the search...

http://www.alkinoos.gr/en/discography/collaborations.html
The first one is a good source for lyrics of greek songs. The second page is from the official site of Alkinoos Ioannidis, who sings the song with D. Savvopoulos. Search in the page for "Byrne" in order to find the song.

Thanks for sharing this. In general, "lyrics site" are quite inaccurate as far as credits are concerned, so we'd rather not use them as a source.

Even though 100% conclusive, it already looks a like a better source than the previous.
To be really sure, we consult sites like http://www.aepi.gr/index.php
However, because it's in Greek, it's in bit tough for me to find out whether they have an online database or not.
Would you mind to have a try?

Unfortunately, the site does not have an online database.

Thanks anyway for having a look!
Catalogue number : POLYGRAM CD 536827-2
"POLYGRAM" is a cat number? Are you sure? That's very weird...
I don't see where the discogs link was ever noted:
