I've seen this album referenced a lot with a 1980 release date. Not necessarily the most accurate sites (Wikipedia, All Music) and this review site among them, but enough to make the date worth looking into.

very hard to pin down, but pics of album on eBay show copyright for both 1980 and 1982, so I changed to the earlier date.

Both Discogs and Rate Your Music list the album as a 1982 release. Billboard mentions the album in the November 27, 1982 issue. A November 1982 release, if you ask me.

I think the copyright 1980 refers to "When a Child Is Born" and "The Lord's Prayer", that had been previously released as a single.
