There are many incertitudes about the original version of this song: * It is possible the movie was only released in 1957. * Around the same time of the release of the movie, the single "Pour toi" by Line Renaud (Gaste's wife) was released. We assume Dario Moreno's version came first as it seems Gaste wrote this song for the movie. * Co-authors Simonin and Bourquin are credited in the ASCAP databse, but it is unclear what role they play.
