Tough to document, as the guy is an American pianist living in Sweden, but the song was featured in a John Malcovitch movie, so it's fairly well known. There's no track listing on the label's website, www.nberecords.com But if you have your sound turned on, well, you'll hear the song. More below, copied from the site:

I had to do a bit of additional research: in some of your sources the label was NBE Records, in others it is the Orchard (Amazon for example).


It seems that NBE is right, and it's distributed thru The Orchard where I got all the info, incl catalog number (or UPC/EAN on that matter):
