As this is a Chet Baker tribute, I can assume this is the Costello song. However:
1) The performers are Mike Melillo and Ares Tavolazzi
2) It was released on Philology W 184, but the year is unclear. Contacting www.philologyjazz.it to check whether it's 1999 or 2000.
