Added all except "Didn't wanna believe it". Do you have more on that particular song? Original album, author, ...?

Hypothesis:

It's an error in the tracks list, .....

The right name of the song is "Didn't want to have to do it"

Author: Sebastian

Orig vers. by The Lovin' Spoonful on album Daydream

=========

DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO DO IT

The Lovin' Spoonful

Didn't wanna have to do it

Didn't wanna have to break your heart

Didn't wanna have to do it

I kept a-hopin' from the very start

But you kept on a-tryin'

And I knew that you'd end up a-cryin'

And I knew I didn't wanna have to do it at all

......

I don't think anyone has mentioned the delightful cover the Lovin'

Spoonful's "You Didn't Have to Be So Nice" by Astrud Gilberto,

performed as a duet with her six-year-old son. Probably could make

some folks gag it's soo cute, but I love it lots. It can be found

on her Beach Samba album from 1967. For those of you curious about

Astrud Gilberto, she has a great website where she has recently posted

her first interview in 20 years at http://www.astrudgilberto.com

She dispels many a myth about her discovery and continues to be a gem

in the rough.

Jackie and Roy do a tremendous version of "Didn't Want to Have To Do

It" on their 1967 album Changes.

Also from 1967, along those lines, Bud Shank did an entire LP of

Lovin' Spoonful covers entitled A Spoonful of Jazz.

Summer in the City

Did You Ever Have to Make Up Your Mind?

(You and Me and) Rain on the Roof

Amy's Theme

Coconut Grove

Lovin' You

Darling Be Home Soon

Six O'Clock

Younger Girl

Didn't Want to Have To Do it

Daydream

Do You Believe in Magic?

In this topic, I only say about five covers

* Summer in the City * Did You Ever Have to Make Up Your Mind? * Coconut Grove * Lovin' You * Daydream

These songs were added already ...

A Spoonful of Jazz

For me, the thing is finished.

flip: To make it even more complicated, your "Michelle" is with Chet Baker... is this also the case of the one on "Spoonful of Jazz"?
