Hey, I reported it years ago and it's still not listed ? Though it's so a fantastic cover, if not the best one :-)
Perhaps I should give you more details and in particular more correct details:
That tribute concert obviously was 1990 not 1989. It was called "A Tribute To Roy Orbison - A Concert To Benefit The Homeless"
Later the song was also recorded from Benny Mardones on his disc "Stand By Your Man", released 1995, Curb Records.

It's hard to find more details about Benny Mardones album "Stand By Your Man". Some say releasedate 1995 (on his own homepage, german wikipedia) others 1996 (rate your music, english wikipedia).

It's hard to find more details about Benny Mardones album "Stand By Your Man".
Actually, we only add one cover per artist to the database, and we always choose the first released. So in this case, we would need the release details of "A Tribute To Roy Orbison - A Concert To Benefit The Homeless" instead Mardones' "Stand by your man".

Sorry for the confusion from me, too. 
But If I could tell you label and cat number from the concert, than I would have told you nothing else. 
In fact I fear that the concert only was broadcasted but never recorded an album. 
At least I was not able to find any single hint to an existing album 
Thus I guess you'll have to add Mardones' "Stand by your man" instead. Eventually with a hint to the concert.
