First release in 1993 on the Witness to the Crime EP, a mail-order cassette tape (no label, no catalogue number). I think this counts as a valid medium but I'm not certain so I'll also add that the track was later used for the B-side of the USA-only Suit & Tie 7" single, Ultra Under Records, UUS 006, released 1994.
