What'd I Say - Part I


The Atlantic album contains both part 1 and part 2 of What'D I Say. The track was originally recorded,in February 1959, as one track and edited down into 2 parts for single release.The single release was held back until June 1959 to hit the beach party season.The description of the original should either refer to both parts or to none at all.

Yes, the presentation is problematic between single and album. The single was released first so that style of title was used, with a comment added:

What'd I Say - Part I and Part II

Note the work/song title was altered also.
