She Even Woke Me Up to Say Goodbye

The "Tamworth Guitar Story" is a compilation containing tracks that were originally issued on vinyl. In particular, "She Even Woke Me Up to Say Goodbye" was first released on the Opal label around 1980. It came out on an LP and a 45 rpm single. I'm not sure which was released first but I do have some details on the single:

Opal OLS 012

Winter Winds

b/w

She Even Woke Me Up to Say Goodbye

It is an instrumental.

The Opal label was founded in Tamworth, New South Wales (Australia) in the late 1960s by Ross Murphy and Bev Hill. It features Country & Western music.

I found the details on the Lindsay Butler LP with "She Even Woke Me Up to Say Goodbye."

Opal OLLP 526

Lindsay Butler

The Country Guitar Story

However, it was originally issued in 1984 so the single I mentioned in the previous post is the first release.
