Ukranian cover versions

I found a few cover songs in Ukranian language by the band The Ukranians (who even appeared on a John Peel Session).

They have released several songs originally by the Sex Pistols, Kraftwerk, T. Rex, The Smiths, The Velvet Underground.

Nothing to find about the Katy Perry cover version as long as you command Cyrillic...

If you read the sleeve notes they claim Venus in Furs is an original Ukrainian song or tune.

Also a version of Mary Hopkin Those were the Days - again claimed as a Ukrainian

They were a spin off of The Wedding Present - who have now recorded in 6 languages 4 versions of same ep in multiple languages - is that a cover?
