Most probably not the original version, which was released earlier (in 1996) on the soundtrack cd Grace Of My Heart - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and performed by Kristen Vigard. Possibly also performed in the movie itself, but I haven't had a chance to watch this picture yet.
