Description

1. From the 1992 MCA release "Hearts In Armor", Trisha Yearwood sings Woman Walk the Line written by Emmylou Harris and Paul Kennerley and originally performed by Emmylou Harris on her 1985 Warner Bros. release The Ballad of Sally Rose.

2. From 1993's MCA release "The Song Remembers When", Trisha Yearwood performs Roderick Taylor's "Mr. Radio", originally performed by Linda Ronstadt on her Asylum Get Closer LP in 1982.

3. On 2000's MCA set "Real Live Woman", Trisha Yearwood performs Try Me Again written by Linda Ronstadt & Andrew Gold in 1976 and performed by Linda Ronstadt on her 1976 Asylum release Hasten Down the Wind.

4. On 1995's "Thinkin' About You" release on MCA, Trisha Yearwood performs You Can Sleep While I Drive written by Melissa Etheridge and performed by Etheridge on 1989's "Brave And Crazy" LP.

5. In 1997, Trisha Yearwood recorded "How Do I Live", written by Diane Warren. This song is listed on your site at: How Do I Live Although your site has LeAnn Rimes listed as original artist, I believe that Trisha Yearwood may actually deserve 'official' credit. The following link demonstrates the saga: http://music.yahoo.com/read/interview/12048672.

In any case, it seems that while Rimes may have recorded a demo earlier, Yearwood's seems to have been released earlier. According to Joel Whitburn's "Top Country Singles" book, Rimes version entered the charts on 6/14/97, but Yearwood's version entered the charts a week earlier on 6/7/97.

6. 2001's "Inside Out" release on MCA includes a cover of Rosanne Cash's "Seven Year Ache", a 1981 hit for Rosanne Cash on Columbia.
