Songs You Might Not Know Were Covers

This is the very reason this website was started 11 years ago. Viola Knowles draws a list of 15 covers, some already featuring on our homepage, others we will from now on:

• It's Oh So Quiet by Björk was originally titled "Und jetzt ist es still by Horst Winter".
• Don't Cha by The Pussycat Dolls featuring Busta Rhymes was released originally by Tori Alamaze (who?).
• Manic Monday by Bangles should have been preceded by Apollonia 6, if it hadn't been withdrawn from the album.
• I Swear by All-4-One was originally a country song by John Michael Montgomery.

Hi, Like this list-- maybe depending on one's age?? but this sounds like the ones I send to my f&fs that we have named the, Who know files and recently added surprise to that name. Great stuff.

When I discovered and shared that Roger Miller first recorded Me and Bobby McGee-- Oh Boy what a reaction -- haha
