History
Couple of things we need to get this interesting cover into the database:
1. The first and original release. Compilations can only be used as the release where there is a good evidence that this is the first place a particular cover was released.
2. The translator of the Spanish lyrics.
Thanks in advance for your help
This cover was first released in 1968 as single El Entierro De Un Hombre Rico... Que Murio De Hambre / Hello I Love You and in the same year on the album The Pets.
The lyrics were translated by band members Nicola Tunzi & José Miguel Méndez. I sadly do not have any biographical information about them.

Great research Dola
The lyrics were translated by band members Nicola Tunzi & José Miguel Méndez.
Where did you find the full names of the band members? Is Nicola Tunzi the same as Giacomo Tunzi
No, different persons.
Band members are: Victor Jiménez, Giacomo Tunzi and Nicola Tunzi, José Miguel Méndez and Trino Jiménez
I found the names in the sources mentioned above: last names on discogs (Los Pets entry and pictures attached), then first names on Sincopa and then first and last names brought together in that pop-rock-history-post.
I found out they are from Caracas, Their active years were just 1968 to 1969 when they splitted.
I couldn't find a good pic, just a photo of the photo on the back of the album here.
