Connie Lim is a Los Angeles based musician noted for her wide range of songwriting and vocal styles, stretching from pop-rock, singer/songwriter, folk, trip-hop, to electronica. Lim started learning to sing and play classical music at the age of 8, and transitioned into pop and improvisational music while singing and writing arrangements for a competitive acapella group called The Golden Overtones at UC Berkeley.
Since graduating Connie chose music as her path, and released 2 EP's and a full length album called A Better Part of Me. Her vocals range from "a bedroom whisper to a stadium belt" (Buzzfeed.com’s “20 Asian American Musicians You Must Get Behind”). She is constantly performing live, singing songs of survival, love, fear, and self-empowerment.
While fans prefer to watch Connie live, music lovers who haven't seen her live yet can enjoy her songs on youtube, ABC Family's Twisted, or MTV's Real World.
