- A folk song collected from the singing of Mary MacInnes on the isle of Eriskay in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, by Marjory Kennedy-Fraser. The wax cylinder recording of MacInnes was preserved in the library of the University of Edinburgh and was noted by later scholars to have been somewhat altered by the arrangement and lyric published by Kennedy-Fraser and MacLeod in 1909. It is not known whether the song was otherwise preserved by oral tradition on the island.
