I notice at the bottom of this post you include the following:

I agree, it should not be confused with the Davis song. However, when I posted a comment on SecondHandSongs which made that very point, I received a reply telling me that I was wrong, and the topic was locked so I could not reply.


I have given up trying to point out that these are two very different pieces. I urge anyone who is interested to listen to both songs and make up their own mind.
