In german every noun (both common and proper) should be capitalized.

For instance: the House = das Haus

a mother = eine Mutter

and so on (und so weiter)...

I don't think there are different rules for the last word of a sentence.

That said, what's worng with this title?

I don't think "Behinderte" (which translates as obstructed) is a noun..

Oh... I didn't think about it as an adjective... But it's also a noun: Der (or die) Behinderte is the impaired. You know, when you use and adjective as a noun, like "der unsterbliche Mann" (the immortal man) vs. "der letzte Unsterbliche" (the last (of the) Immortal(s)).

Those three could be adjectives ( (a woman who is) lesbian (,) black (and) impaired) or two adjectives and one noun ((a) lesbian (,) black impaired).

Yes I capitalised it because it's a noun.
