It's in english. But I couldn't verify that the female vocals are by Victoria Tagouli.

It's a greek musical theatre group. The members' names: Christos Gerontidis, Sakis Karathanasis,Costas Bougiotis, George Stivanakis and Harris Fleouras.
Wikipedia says the group was founded in 1998 by students of Kraounakis inspired by his seminar about song interpretation. If reading Greek wasn't beyond me, I could check their homepage for more information..
